• This helps us process claims for damages, missing parts, or wrong items.
• No replacement or refund will be approved without proper video evidence.

We currently ship all products across India.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Customized or pre-order items may take additional time and customers will be notified accordingly.

• Same-day shipping for orders placed before 12 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• On Fridays, orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped on Saturday.
• Orders placed after the cutoff or on Sundays/public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
• Remote areas or special products may take longer.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

• FREE shipping is available on most products across India.
• Some heavy or large-sized products may have shipping charges displayed at checkout.
• Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before payment.

• Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking details via WhatsApp.
• Tracking number and courier partner details will be shared.
• Customers can track shipments directly through the courier website.

• Please ensure your address, contact number, and pincode are correct.
• If unavailable during delivery, courier companies may attempt delivery again.
• Additional shipping charges may apply if the shipment returns due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

To protect both you and us in case of shipping damage:

• Please take a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
• The video must begin before opening the package.
• The video should clearly show the outer box, seal, and product inside.
• If there are damages, defects, or missing parts, send the video within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for replacement, refund, or damage claims.

This helps us process claims faster and ensures a smooth resolution.

While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery.
